Payments
The standard way of payment is by PayPal, it is very safe and you don’t need to have an account, just complete de form with your card.
For Australian based customers, you have the option to pay by direct deposit. Just let me know and I’ll send you my Westpac account info. If you have any doubt just call me during office hours.
Policies
Please take note that all items are handmade by me, not one is equal to other, are unique.
I will accept returns in case of damage and/or incorrect items are sent within 15 days of receipt, please contact me before sending it. I must receive the item in the same condition it was shipped. This means new and unused.
I can either replace the piece or refund you, this does not apply to lost items.
Please contact me by email or SMS. I will do all I can to make sure the problem is solved and you are happy with your purchas

Shipping
I ship within 24-48 hours after the confirmation of payment.
For commissioned works a quote will be sent out first and work will commence once payment has been made.
Locals, please let me know before checkout if I’m delivering you the jewellery in person to give you a free shipping coupon. (coordinating it first can be at my studio or elsewhere)
I ship to the address you choose during your checkout.
Custom orders and special requests may take 10 working days for the item to be sent. You will be notified of a shipping date.
Once items are shipped, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like your item insured, please contact me.
All orders are shipped by Post standard service or it can be by Express mail with delivery confirmation this will allow you to track the time and package. If you want something sent Express mail, please let me know before making the payment so the extra postage can be added.
The pieces generally are delivered within 3 to 15 working days depending on your location, I ship my jewellery from Brisbane, Australia.
